„Arrive, feel good, and enjoy wine – that was my experience during my first visit to Iphofen. I live by this motto every day for our regular customers, guests, visitors, and all other wine lovers. I grew up in the hotel industry, where I had the privilege of learning from Bernd Glauben, the president of the German Sommelier Union. For the past 15 years in the hotel business, I've been incorporating the experience I gained into our operations since 2007. I handle the „paperwork,“ marketing, and organize various events as well as wine experience tours. Since May 2020, you can also find me at our Bistro & Wein in the heart of the wine town of Iphofen for various themed wine tastings.

My favorite place here in Iphofen is the Geschichtsweinberg: I love to enjoy a good Silvaner on this special spot on the Schwanberg after a day's work, taking in the peace and the view.“

Our favorite place outside of Iphofen is now our country estate in Denmark, in Sem, East Jutland, near Mariager Fjord. Here we live our dream of a decelerated life amidst nature and our 1500 Piwi vines.
