Wine is the servant of food

That sounds like a great experience for wine lovers and gourmands! At the winery, you'll be offered a tasting where you can sample various MEND wines. Care is taken to ensure that the wines can enhance, harmoniously complement, or add their own unique touch to the food.

This organized event takes place from 14:00 to 16:30 at the winery for 30 Euros per person instead.

After the tasting, you'll have the opportunity to try more wines from the new vintage at the Bistro & Wine. Franconian tapas will be served, allowing you to enjoy the wines in combination with small culinary delights. This sounds like a wonderful opportunity to discover the new wines while pampering your palate with delicious tapas (additional cost).

Sensual wine tasting

Sharpening the senses playfully

The sensual wine tasting is an exciting and interactive experience for all senses! This afternoon, you will playfully sharpen your senses and explore wine sensory analysis. You will use nose clips, black glasses, and aromas to sensitize your senses and sharpen your perception.

The wine tasting will take place from 2 PM to 5 PM at the winery city and costs 39 Euros per person.

To set the mood for the wine tasting, you will be served Franconian tapas, including a trilogy of Kochkäse (cooked cheese), lard, and trout mousse. These culinary delights will be paired with two selected wines to offer you a holistic taste experience.

After the wine tasting, you have the opportunity to visit the Bistro & Wein and comfortably end the day. There you can try more wines from the winery's selection and also enjoy suitable dishes.

Blind Date with Sabine & MEND Wine

Is all the wine MEND or what?

A blind date with Sabine and MEND Wine sounds like an exciting and mysterious wine tasting! At this event, you'll have the opportunity to sample various wines without prior knowledge of the wine types. Instead, you'll be presented with covered samples, and you can find the matching wine based on the wine descriptions. This makes the tasting a fun and challenging experience for your senses.

The event takes place from 15:00 to 16:30 at the winery city and costs 30 Euros per person.

It's an ideal opportunity to test your palate and develop your ability to identify and evaluate wines based on their descriptions.
